BEGINNERS’ COURSES


Training nights are Wednesday evenings only,
- from 18:30 in the Summer season and from 19:30 in the Winter season.

Training courses must be booked in advance through the Coaching Team: southendanddistrictarchery@outlook.com .
A training course consists of three sessions each lasting roughly an hour and a half.
The course costs £50.00 per person, payable at the start of your first session.

The Club will provide each trainee with all the necessary equipment.

It is advisable to wear casual, comfortable clothing, but long sleeves are a must, even in Summer,
and sensible shoes (no open toes).
It is also recommended that you bring warm clothing, Summer or Winter.
The hall which we use in Winter can occasionally be cold,
and in Summer we sometimes get a cool breeze blowing across the field.

When you have completed your training, and if you feel that archery is the sport for you,
you will be asked if you would like to join our Club.
